3. Made To Order (MTO) Products

• A majority of our collections are Made To Order (MTO) and specially handcrafted for each customer.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, embroidery, texture, or finish may occur and should not be considered defects.

4. Alteration Policy

• We only offer minor alterations on eligible products.
• Customers must initiate an alteration request within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at [email id].
  Alteration requests are subject to approval by our team.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
  Custom-made products
  Made-to-measure pieces
  Sale or discounted items
• If the size ordered requires alteration, we will provide alterations at no additional cost, subject to eligibility.
• Products are only eligible for return in case of damage during transit or receipt of a defective product.

6. Damaged Products

• Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
• In case of damage during transit, customers must notify us immediately by email or WhatsApp with:
  Order details
  Images/videos of the package and product
  Description of the issue
• Requests for return or replacement are subject to verification and approval by our team.

7. Shipping for Returns & Alterations

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, or alterations.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returned goods should be sent back in proper packaging to ensure protection during transit.

8. Sale Items

• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.

9. Size Guide & Customisation

• A separate Size Guide section is available on the website for customer reference.
• Customers are advised to review the size guide carefully before placing an order.
• For all customization requests regarding size, color, neckline, or fit, customers must contact us directly before placing the order.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.
• Since most products are Made To Order, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has started.
• Ta’assur reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances, payment issues, or stock unavailability. In such cases, the customer will be informed and eligible refunds, if any, will be processed accordingly.

11. Intellectual Property

• All website content including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, and branding are the intellectual property of Ta’assur.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Ta’assur shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or products purchased from the website.
• Delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances shall not make Ta’assur liable for compensation.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of this website, purchase of products, or services offered by Ta’assur shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• By using this website, the customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
